California restaurants might add a ‘climate change’ tax to customer’s bill

  1. I left a big carbon footprint after I stepped on a broken bag of charcoal and tracked it into my house.

  2. These are simply shady, predatory, and now normalized extortionists, and California is ground zero for it. I have witnessed it first hand.

  3. I take my Dog out to lunch once a week for Puppie Patties, no salt, in a a paper dish (recycled paper), take out taxed. He’s a Queensland Heeler, loves the Dog Beach, and doesn’t pee on Trees. Guess I’ll have to pay the extra tax. I love my Home State of California. Just have to Buck up for a short time while “Dodging the Dems”.

  4. What would happen is that the tips would get less or no tips so it goes against the employee. Raising wages doesn’t really help, if you been in any store lately everything is going up like crazy.
